Welcome to AusDoc.PLUS. Here are some frequently asked questions.

The best brands in Australian medical media now live together on a single site: AusDoc.PLUS.

Here's a collection of some frequently asked questions about the new site, how it works, and what it means for readers. Simply click the question and the answer will expand below.

1. What is AusDoc.PLUS?

AusDoc.PLUS is a new website that brings Australian Doctor Group’s leading medical publications together under a single umbrella. It includes Australian Doctor, How to Treat, Medical Observer, 6minutes, Specialist Updates and WorkWise. These publications now live together on a single, unified site.

For an overview of the new look, feel and functionality, we encourage you to take our quick site guide. (If you're using a mobile device, try this guide instead.)

2. Why the change?

We know from our readers that staying up-to-date can present a challenge. There are so many sources to track, and so few hours in the day in which to do it.

So by adding together the key information Australian doctors need in the one digital destination, we’re hoping to make it a little easier to stay on top of what matters. It means readers will no longer have to navigate between our websites to get up-to-date on the latest information. Instead, it will all live in a single, easy-to-navigate site.

The new breadth of articles within AusDoc.PLUS should also help our readers to discover new articles and titles they might not have come across before.

3. I'm having trouble logging in. What do I do?

If you had a working email address and password for our sites (Australian Doctor, 6minutes, How to Treat, Medical Observer or Pharmacy News) those details should grant you access to the new combined site. If something is going wrong and you can't get in, we recommend you try resetting your password. You can do that via the login box.

If you've gone through the reset process but haven't received an email, try checking your junk and spam folders. If you still can't see the email, try resetting it again.

If you've tried twice and still can't see it, please contact our reader care team, who will be able to escalate the matter.

4. Do my newsletters change?

No, you’ll continue to receive any emails to which you currently subscribe. The only difference is that articles in the newsletters will now live on AusDoc.Plus. Links from email newsletters will continue to automatically log you into the site.

5. Do my login details change?

No, nothing changes, and you don’t need to do anything. Simply, your existing login credentials (email address and password) will now grant you access to the new website. Links from email newsletters should continue to log you directly into the website. If you experience issues accessing the site, please try resetting your password (see question three, above). If you continue to experience problems, please contact our reader care team.

6. Is there any impact on the print magazines?

None whatsoever. The weekly Australian Doctor magazine and the monthly Medical Observer magazine will continue to be sent to GPs as per usual. If you’re a practising GP and do not currently receive the magazines, you can express your interest by contacting our reader care team.

7. I have feedback on the new website. Where can I submit it?

This reader feedback survey is the best place to do it. We’ll be using it to continually optimise the new site. We’d love to hear from you!

8. I have a question that is not addressed here. What do I do?

Please contact our reader care team.
